My only complaint is I had to take my son to get his driver's license. He had to take the written and driving test. Driving test takes 15 minutes. I am 67 years old and had to stand outside while he was taking driving portion of test. I understand changes due to covid 19 but I had a mask and have had both my vaccines. I do not understand why I could not go in and wait for him. It was not crowded. They did say there was a picnic table in the back if I wanted to walk around to back of building. I just feel they could have seats in front available for those who have to wait. Without a valid license he could not drive himself.

Outstanding customer service! Mandatory protection, a plus. They were very joyful and helpful. Thank you, Ladies, for making THIS visit the most positive one I have EVER had.

One old lady working there was really terrible and wouldn't process my application because she said I had the wrong paperwork. Pretty sure its cause Im gay because I called ahead, prepared my documents and went online to make sure I had the right thing. And I had already gotten approval from the otherstaff. Nice job Benton

everyone but the long haired blonde woman was very kind and helpful. she's rude and should not be working with the public. if you need to do DMV stuff then go to literally any other DMV in IL.

Saturday morning and everyone working there was very friendly,polite, and helpful..Got a real ID and new trailer in less than 30 minutes
