We highly recommend Siemer & Son! We have used them for years and always have been extremely pleased with whatever we purchased from them. They have also sized and repaired a few pieces for us. This Christmas Sharon out did herself. She went above and beyond to help us out at the very last minute. We ordered a piece of jewelry online for our grandson from another company. When it came, the quality wasn't what we were used to with Siemer and didn't feel we could give it to our grandson. We went to Siemer and Sharon did everything she could to get what we wanted and on time to give to our grandson. We can't thank them enough! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful!

Amazing service and love that it is a family owned and run company. My wedding ring is from a jeweler out of state so I no longer have a warranty. I had 2 small diamonds miss from my ring due to prong damage. They were able to take my ring to the back room and get a quote in less than 10 minutes. Unlike a corporate chain that required me to send my ring out to a different facility and it took a week and a half to even give me a quote to fix, which was outrageous. I got my ring back from Siemer in 4 days and it looks even better than the first day I got it! I won't go anywhere or recommend anyone else, you will be more than pleased with your experience here!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Dan always takes care of my repairs and in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly and honest - informing me ahead of time if a repair may not hold or if something I prefer might not be the best choice for me. It's nice to know I can rely on someone to be honest and not just take my money.

After being married for 25 years, I wanted to do something different with my wedding rings. After meeting with Sharon who could not have been more helpful and friendly, Matt transformed my rings into the rings of my dreams. He even did not seem to mind my almost daily visits to view the progress. I will never go anywhere else. I am truly a customer for life!!
