Very pleased with my experience! S&S Heating came to my house, assessed the situation with knowledge and experience, hooked up my new wood burning stove, and took the time to make sure I understood how to enjoy using it.. And, at a price I was happy with. Good company, good people.
Steven and his crew were very diligent from the install of the floor to the install of the heating unit it's self. Worked perfectly 1st year. @nd year had some issues he worked on it to get us through the winter. 3rd year brought us a new one works great very appreciative. 5 Stars for Steven and company. Highly recommend. We also could not get anyone in Decatur to help us with the purchase of a fireplace insert and installation. Steven and family were very nice to deal with, fast and efficient. We are very happy with quality and service.
