They were fast, very covid compliant. Everything got wiped down and sanitized after each person touched it. All employees were wearing masks

We were excited to come here and get our new tag, my family and I just moved here from Michigan. The lady that was suppose to help us was very impatient, short and dry. She didnt take here time to explain the process, furthermore when i asked her to please explain why i was being charged 301.00 for my title transfer she was not having it. I recommend that if you come here you meditate before and after.

I went to the Charleston DMV today and was really pleased at how quickly the employees processed items for customers, while simultaneously being vigilant about sanitizing countertops and door handles after each visitor. They were very patient with rude customers who mocked employees and the CDC/state protocols. I really appreciated this agency’s efforts to keep people safe while getting things done quickly.

Employees at Charleston DMV are the best! These women are all intelligent, articulate, have excellent knowledge of vehicle codes, and most pleasant personalities! I was there Oct 31, 2020. Only had to waitnoutside, in line, for little more than one hour. Once inside, I was greeted with professionalism, and courtesy. The wonderful woman who helped me has great sense of humor! I had a blast with her getting title,nregistration, and real id drivers license, all transferred from Utah. These gals put up with a lot of sparkling personalities every day, and they still provide fantastic service! I had a most pleasant experience at Charleston DMV!
