I’ve gone here every other week for almost 5 years. When a machine breaks down or takes your money, they are quick about fixing machines and refunds. One time I even left an entire load of laundry and didn’t notice for 2 days! They aren’t responsible, but when I called their #, they met me at the laundry mat within an hour and had my clothes for me! They clean the place everyday. Ignore negative reviews, cause if it’s dirty or something is broken, it’s because of other people with no respect, not management. I give em an A++++
Dryer's dry quicker than others
Great place clean change machine difficult
In and out no problems!
Lost some money in a dryer that wasn't heating up. Wanted to let them know, but by the time we'd returned to finish up they'd put a note on it that it was out of order. I'm sure they would've credited us for it had we asked, but I was just happy to see they were on top of it. Facility was well stocked and had good options and instructions for a variety of machines.
