Dr. Lily brought light to my confusing situation and I can't thank him enough for making such an accurate diagnosis.. the staff has been so kind and helpful. I recommend these guys to anyone in need. I called with a nerve racking issue with my prescription and in literally seconds they took care of it. Such a reliable and friendly office

The office called and made right of the situation. I really appreciate that!!!!!I had an appointment scheduled for 8am in Charleston. I had a 2 hour drive to get to the office. I planned everything around getting this appointment and had to have it done this week. When I got a half hour away I received a phone call that the Dr was sick(I understand that part) and I would have to rescheduled. When I talked to the person about rescheduling they had to rebook me 4-8 weeks out depending on which location. I explained how I was in dire need to have it this week and they made no effort to squeeze me in when they cancelled on me. Very disappointed with the effort and willingness to accommodate me in this situation.

Be watchful of their billing dept. I overpaid my bill in June and I still have not received my reimbursement. My last call was Nov 10th and I was told she would escalate my refund and to call back in one week if not received. It has been 12 days...will call again tomorrow and see what I get told this time!

I had skin cancer on my chest. It was removed by Chris Lillie and you can't even tell I had anything removed. Very professional. Explained everything in detail. I'm very happy with him.
