Unbelievable experience!!!! My son is a car salesman in another city but after talking to Nick who was AMAZING he knew Diepholz was where he wanted us. As adoptive parents of 5 Nick made it so easy! He had the perfect car picked out for before we even got there and it's BEAUTIFUL!!! They definitely had their hands full with us and our circumstances but they did it!! I bought a car from Diepholz a couple years ago (with a fabulous experience), so when it was time to upgrade I gladly went back. My previous salesman no longer worked there, but he recommended John Bush. I got in contact with John about what I was looking for, and within a couple days, I had purchased my dream vehicle. You won’t regret having John as your salesman!!!! He was polite, down to earth, and a straight shooter. He’s the complete opposite of the stereotypical guy you think of when you hear car salesman. It was a pleasure to do business with him! The Diepholz group has treated me well over the last couple years and they will have me as a forever customer. Highly recommend!!!!

I live in Texas and drove out to Charleston, IL to buy a vehicle! Nick East made it such a smooth and easy process!! Texas has so many hassles when buying a car! We have purchased MANY vehicles from Diepholz. I would recommend Diepholz Auto for your next vehicle purchase, as they have integrity and really care for their customers. Colton was our amazing sales associate. He knew what we were looking for and our price range and was constantly looking to meet our needs. Once we purchased our vehicle (for our son) he helped us to surprise him!

Diepholz is great! Ben Slater greeted us with his trademark friendliness and enthusiasm, and Drew was super helpful in assisting with a Malibu settings issue we couldn't figure out. We swung by on a whim, and he had it fixed in a matter of minutes. Excellent!
