I got my suit back and it had not even looked like it had been clean and it smelled like old water and mildew. The gentlemen said it was clean and proved it was but I do not know what they used and I will not be back since this is unsanitary and flat out gross.nnP.s. And now the owner is acting like nothing is bad happens here. And no it did not happen today. I just now just got to it. Another reason to avoid this terrible business.

I can't say enough nice things about Quincy Cleaners. Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances I had to have a suit and a dress cleaned immediately. I sent a message to the cleaners & was immediately contacted by Cindy at the Quincy Cleaners. She then contacted her boss, Ted & he went up & beyond the call of duty. He went to the Hannibal store, picked up my clothing items, brought them to his Quincy store & had them cleaned that very same day. Christy called & told me my clothes were ready & I could pick them up that very same day. You guys were so kind & helpful. It made a difficult situation bearable. God bless you all.

Needed a suit dry cleaned over the weekend and couldn’t find anyone that would be able to get it done . Quincy cleaners came through , dropped it off Friday night picked it up Saturday afternoon . Will continue to make the hour drive for quality service

Awful, I took my prom dress in to get cleaned and when I got it back it was bleached and extremely faded. When we went back to ask if they would fix it or compensate us, they said that it was not their fault. Terrible experience I will never go there again.
