I placed a special order for a ring and when they received it, it was not the highest quality. They contacted the company and returned the item. It took several tries and a lot of their time, but when I picked up my ring, it was perfect. I would highly recommend Sturhahns - they are very professional and strive to please their customers! When we needed a wedding ring on really short notice for our wedding reception, Sturhahn's exceeded all of our expectations. They helped us find a ring and wedding band within our budget. They customized and resized my new ring in ONE day, so I would have it on time. Their customer service was amazing and the showroom was beautiful. They had a large selection of rings as well. We couldn't have been happier with our experience.
After shopping around in other brick-and-mortar stores and online, I found that Sturhahn Jewelers had the best selection, price, and service for nearly everything I needed for myself and my fiancée. They always kept me updated on my rings and worked very hard to get me what I wanted when I needed it. They resized my ring and did other services for free! I'll recommend them to anyone.
Everyone was extremely helpful. In these times most everything was done via text. As frustrating as that can be, Sturhahn staff was communicative, understanding and helpful in getting the perfect ring! She said YES!!
