Dr Luc was able to see me the day following my telephone call although I am not a regular patient. Very much appreciated.

After Dr. Luc Tchapanda, MD left this clinic it turned into a disaster. Good luck in getting to see a doctor, now there is a nurse practitioner same cost without the degree and experience with twice the wait time, over a month! I wanted to get a prescription filled I was told if I didn't here back I could pick up my prescription. Three and a half hours later, at the end of the day, I got a message saying they called back but there was nothing they could do because they were closing, they had no clue why they were calling back. Of course the prescription was not filled I called the office and got the answering service and the only thing they can do is cancel an appointment. This clinic is the worst you are less than a number to these people you are a static.

Today was my first visit with dr. Luc Tchapnda (my family doctor of 25 years is not accepting our new insurance), and I think I will stay with dr. Luc. He takes his time to get to know your problems and is very thorough. He answers all your questions and concerns, explains the problems and reasons for having them. I like dr. Luc a lot and I would recommend him to anyone. My whole family is now switching to dr. Luc Tchapnda.

I'm so happy and glad that there is facilities like this one.....all stuff is the best for my experience....
