The most disappointing experience! Rude lady at the drive thru window can’t get the order right. Killed her with kindness yet yells at my wife and slams the window twice. Absolutely not called for and the business seriously needs to check their employees attitudes and fire this women in particular. She’s gonna drive people away. Wish I new her name. And then food was cold by the time they decide to hand us our order that sitting by the window the whole time.
Need to move faster if going to do drive thru only. Recommend anyone to order ahead on the App!
went into baskin-robbins/dunkin donuts tonight, with my toddler..the young lady working had a great attitude! she was very patient with my indecisive toddler, i could tell she was smiling behind her mask (: when we got in the car to leave, my 4 year old said “she’s so nice mom, i like her.” so i ran back in, to ask her name, for this review. shout out to Ariya for the amazing service!
DD is always a great choice. Especially the muffins to go with the great coffee.
I waited 40 mins for 25 munchkins in the drive thru. I could have easily walked in and out with them. The drive thru only option is great if your staffed. Most people cannot wait that long! Outrageous that I have to leave a Karen review.
