The waiting room was clean and had a vending machine and water, however the bus was more than 1 hour late and there wasn't anyone in the window to ask if the bus was even going to come. Also, they don't sell tickets here and you need to print yours at home according to the website.nAt least, you can wait calmly while protected from rain and wind.

I had a wonderful trip when I went to Des Moines so I highly recommend it much better than the other bus I took to go to other states that was not good. Try it and you will see by yourself!

The worst experience I ever have. The bus got late 2 hours and when I called the customer service and I talked with the head of the customer service department she simply said that we don’t have a backup plan and you just have to wait without any apologize or any kind of compensations. The service on the bus is terrible and waiting area is so dirty and cold.

Not very helpful: I wanted to change the time on my ticket, but instead of doing their job, they sold me a ticket to Des Moines, just so they wouldn't have to change my ticket there. They did send an apology letter and compensation, but it would have been nice not to have gone through that whole ordeal in the first place.

Nice place where you can sit and wait for your bus to come.
