Employees that do NOT care. Been waiting weeks and weeks on end for prescriptions to get signed and faxed over. Been on the phone for more than half an hour EACH DAY, just to be told the doctor is too busy helping patients to sign my prescription. Am I not a patient!? Get your stuff together!

My daughter just had baby im this hospital and had the best care.. thank you so much for taking such good care of her while I was so far away

I used to go here to see Dr. Preston the psychiatrist. He righty off the bat gave me cymbalta and I wasn’t even there 10 minutes. On top of that he gave me 2 other meds to start at the same time as the cymbalta. I couldn’t function. I couldn’t eat or drink or go to work. I could hardly stand. I also went here when I was pregnant and I ended up miscarrying. Dr. Miller kept my husband and I in one of the rooms explaining on why this happened and god had a plan and explaining how if we turn to god everything will get better. I’m atheist. So no. That same day I had to go to the lab and get blood drawn. After being poked 12 times they gave up. I’ve never had a problem with a nurse finding a vein. However I do go here for urgent care since I live in greenfield and I’d rather go to creston over greenfield. I do have a couple of great experiences though. My children’s pediatrician is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Dr. Standing and her nurse are the best!! I couldn’t ask for anything better. My children also go to speech therapy here and those doctors are also amazing.

Dr Miller took close to an hour explaining to my dad, mom and I just what my dad's health problems were. No one had ever taken the time to help us understand why he was suffering. He told it like it was in a gentle way but without rose coloring it. This was on a Thursday and dad passed early the following Monday morning. We were able to have peace with it by understanding why.
