Waited on hold for over 30 minutes, finally got on the phone with someone named Bee who was super rude. She basically denied everything the SS website said is their policy and told me good luck on getting what I need.
Tried calling and they refuse to talk to me at all!!!

When you call, prepare to be on hold for 10+ minutes. And, worse, their hold music is pure torture. Imagine a slightly techno-feel from the early 80's dubbed from the radio onto an audio cassette with the treble turned up way too high; then, overlay that with a recording of hammers pounding on a metal barrel.nnIt seems like they make their hold music so bad on purpose so you'll just give up waiting and hang up.
I was asked to SAY my ss number and phone number-whole waiting area could hear that info
