I've gone through Mike Dolan and Shelter Insurance for years now. It's great to have an agent I really feels works for my best interest, instead of being a pushy salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable, always responds quickly, is eager to answer questions, and is comfortable to work with. On top of that I have been pleased with every claim we have filed through Shelter.

Mike and Shelter Insurance have always been great to deal with. Our experience has been so good that we wouldn't change from Shelter even if a competing agent or company provided a significant price reduction. We know what we have with Mike and Shelter. Shelter simply takes care of their clients and Mike just gets things done!
