Tim has helped me to get the most out of my auto insurance for the pass few years. Fortress is has been very professional, straight-forward, and helpful every time I have had a question! Getting a competitive rate was a plus, but the customer service is what sold me on choosing Fortress! I have peace of mind that my insurance needs are in the right hands!

I was fortunate enough to learn about Fortress Insurance Services through Dave Ramsey's ELP (endorsed local providers) program and I personally only worked with Tim, the owner thus far. Tim was available by phone, email, or video chat and was eager to get to know you and how he could help. He diligently and thoroughly answered all my questions as I was very skeptical about trusting a new agent and the real fear of internet scams. He even offered to have a video chat and share his screen so that I could be assured of the process on his end. He is very knowledgeable and a great communicator. And the best part is he did all the work of searching for the provider with policies that matched my current coverage but found me a discounted rate! This was a priority to me and he helped me save $160 (roughly $25/month) on an auto insurance policy!
