Old-fashioned store, just like it used to be back in the day. Great service and prices seem to be better than the big box stores even though they probably pay more for their stock. They do what they say they are going to do and when they say they are going to do it. We purchased an over the range microwave from them. It was a special order. It arrived when they said it would, they called and set up installation. They arrived when they were supposed to, did a clean and tidy job and the total turned out to be about $40 less than the original estimate. It is nice to support small businesses and I will always give them the first opportunity before buying from a national chain.

Serviced a dryer, and did a good job. Then, sold me a used washer that died within a month - and broke a frame on my wall when they came to install it. Sent a check for half the amount and asked to call it good. Never rec'd another bill, then they sent a collection agency after me!

I came in looking for a black a black stove, which they didn't have in their building. But they took my contact information and called me back within an hour and and made me an AMAZING deal on a brand new stove I couldnt refuse. They were able to meet me for delivery on very short notice the VERY NEXT MORNING. Joe and Tom, the delivery and installation guys, were great! They made sure the stove was installed right and level and even took time to make sure I was satisfied with the install before they left! They were quick, pleasant and very cool people. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with Ken's.

Terrible experience with this establishment. Very rude help, confrontational and disrespectful. Would not ever recommend them to a friend of acquaintances. Do not use them if you’d rather not have them take several hours for a small fix, and be offensive the entire time. Then to call back days later and try to pressure a tenant into paying for something instead of going through a landlord, it was beyond shady. I strongly recommend any other company over this one.

Wow, this place is a joke. Unresponsive unprofessional people who have no customer service or respect. Find anyone else they will be better than kens appliance.
