I was very pleased and do highly recommend Fagan Fireplace Center! Jim was prompt/on time, took precautions to protect my carpeting, did not waste time and had it fixed, cleaned and put back together in no time. He was professional, answered my questions and explained what he did to fix my fireplace problems..kudos Jim. I will not hesitate to call them if the need arises in the future! Oh and PS very reasonably priced..
They were able to repair the fan motor instead of ordering a costly new replacement and saved me hundreds of bucks. I was pleased. It took them a little longer to do it this way, but was worth it in the end. I was pleased with there work.
My fireplace brickade fell apart and can't get it replaced. My fireplace is only 5 years old and had to call Lennox to get any help.
Jim will bend over backwards for his customers! Honest hard working man!
