No matter how much time they have a head of time to get medicine ready. They make people wait even longer. My prescription was called in to hours before I picked it up, from this facility. I get in there it’s still not ready they couldn’t find it. So I wait longer, 35 more minutes. This is happened on numerous occasions. Yes the people are chipper and nice, but not organized or on task. It’s ridiculous and disrespectful they are in there laughing behind the counter fooling around when they have people to help.

I was calling to say am picking up my meds when the clerk was very rude and made a comment that wasn't right to say to customernnI said this is Brenda I will be up to get my meds. She stated well of course you would.??? I said what do me of course I willnAm a customer.i get meds there. I shouldn'tnbe treated like this talk to like that

2.8 rating?? 1) These people are NOT slow. You want slow, a place that screws up all the time, go across the street. 2) I have NEVER waited even 10 minutes and I have 7 different medications. They were all on different dates due to the doctor changing meds, but these guys caught it and asked me if I wanted it fixed THE FIRST MONTH across the street they never said anything. 3) These guys are polite ( they are across the street too) they answer questions & have spent time with me before i was even a customer. A few people wrote bad reviews because they were in a bad mood is what i think!!!!
