Pizza Hut

This place always forgets something, when I call, they act like I am bothering them when I ask for a credit. And yes you need to credit my account, if I did not receive what I paid for! I love the food, but I never get the complete order... sad service on the phone tho

We ordered a pizza on the app right in the parking lot of the restaurant so I could get points. The door said they were open till 11pm. The app said 15 minutes. We came back at 1010 and the door was locked. My husband knocked and was told our order was canceled. I did not get a phone call or any kind of message that our order was canceled. The guy was very rude. This was at the toledo, ia store. Never coming back.

We had a stuff crust pep for date night. The only thing that was not cool was the website was taking forever so I had to go to store to order. This was in Toledo, IA

Great customer service! Awesome pizza!

They kinda seem to just close early without notice all the time and constantly don't have drivers. My biggest pet peeve is ordering delivery and getting that call a few mins later to say I gotta come pick it up. It's happened 3 or 4 times and I don't order out often.
