I don't even what to give it a star.but stay away from here.find someone else.i was told on the phone that they see chronic pain patients.they don't.plus when you try to tell them your medical history they refuse to listen what your telling them.i was sent to a pain management and they sent me back to this clinic and they are now saying something different .so they sent me to another doctor and i went to see him and i had a witness with me .and they heard the samething go back to this office.the nurse will not listen either.she claim she talk with the other nurse and then changed it to i talked with the doctor.will never even suggested this place to anyone.when someone has there records.you would think the doctor would take the time to look at the records and then listen to the person there seen not here..then they get you to change your insurance.they dont even ask for you to sign and get your records either.you have to say something to them.i have never been to a doctor in iowa who's office is like this till now..i thought i left Kentucky known as common wealth state..i wish my doctor never retired.15 yrs with him and not a problem.
