Fun pampering products.nEverything smells so yummy. Very Covid cautious.
Greeters were rude and I ended up not even looking through the store.
It's very disappointing when they discontinue a fragrance & the only way to buy it is online. This store has gone downhill in my opinion
I've been obsessed with this store for years. But the prices are so much higher than when I was a teen that I hit the semi annuals hard because thats the only time I can afford it. I'm very unhappy they discontinued the pink chiffon and they don't bring it back for the sales enough. I don't like the new bath and body as much as the old location its not as homey, and its too modern for our outdated mall.
We had a wonderful experience. Cierra one of employees took extra time to explain the current sales, ensure we understood and then stayed with us and helped us go through several scents as we were shopping for our teenage daughter and quite unsure of what would be good choices. She wasn't pushy, let us walk around and explore but was right there when we had questions. We found amazing scents, great deals, and with the sales and coupons didn't break the bank at all.
