Parking sucks only one way out. Waited over an hour to exit the garage. No help getting cars out. For what was charged it needs to be a better system getting people out.

I live Downtown and pay $145 to park here every month, but will be canceling.nnThe garage is closed regularly due to various construction projects. Here are your options if you pay for monthly parking:nn1. Leave your car in the garage. Your car will be covered in dust or dirt, and you won’t be able to use your car.n2. Pay to park your car somewhere else.nnIt’s amazing to me that a company can fail to offer me the service I pay for — 24/7 in-and-out access — but still charge me the full amount.nnDuring one of those closures, I left my car in the garage for the weekend. The crew decided to relocate my car. Imagine my surprise when I walked into the garage and didn’t see my car. When I did find it, they had left dozens of muddy handprints on the bumper and sides.nnIn the most recent closure, the garage has been closed all day.nnMore than an hour after it was supposed to reopen, we still can’t get our cars out, and the person at the Parkway Corporation phone number has no information.nnThere are plenty of garages. I'll find one with better customer service, that actually lets its customers in and out!
