Great experience with our iPhone repair. Jason is an outstanding employee and wish I could speak to owner on how good he managed the store the last few days. People coming and going, yet he was polite and did his best to manage the volume of questions and clients coming in. Repaired our phone and answered so many good questions. Blake our consultant was awesome...he helped us with an IPHONE 7 charger port and new battery..he was crazy good..friendly..helpful and fast w the repair... highly recommend Fruit Fixer and Blake...good online system to schedule your appointment too
I had a poor outcome with Fruit Fixer. Anyone who has an apple product I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are NOT authorized by Apple and once they take your screen off Apple will no longer support the device and turn it off. I had to get a whole new phone. Then they blamed me for my phone not working. I left for two minutes with a working phone and had to turn around.nnAlso if you’re local the same person that owns Brady Mart owns Fruit Fixer. Sketchy Products. Not authorized.nnThey didn’t fix my speaker and still required payment and broke my phone.nnWish I could leave no stars.
