Horrible communication skills..or lack thereof. Should have read reviews ...would not recommend..simply because NO REFUND on key deposit, unprofessional treatment of customers. Yells and talks over, doesn't respond to any type of communication once she gets $$ and you get a unit.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They also own A-1 Self-Storage in PV. They are scamming people out of their DEPOSITS by not fully explaining the 15DAY CANCELLATION POLICY.nWe needed the unit for a month, paid for a full month in advance and the DEPOSIT - which is a month's rent. Knowing we wouldn't even use it for the entire month, we told her so. SHE FAILED TO SAY THAT WE HAD TO FORMALLY NOTIFY THAT WE WOULD BE MOVING OUT 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE - Or we would lose our deposit!nCheck out the other reviews on her different properties - they all pertain to the DEPOSIT. They are under investigation by the BBB and couldn't be more of a rip-off!
Horrible lot hadent been plowed or salted since 2 weeks ago. Sheet of ice! Units are nasty, cob webs everywhere. Garbage all over lot, unit smelled musty and mildewy!
Prices are reasonable. The unit I rent has a ceiling height of 15+'! Plenty of room for tall shelves.
I called about a 5 x 10 unit and let the landlord go ahead and charge my credit card for the unit before I got a chance to see the unit. The landlord emailed me a lease, but I did not sign it - I wanted to see the unit. When I took a look at the unit the next day, it smelled moldy, so I called the landlord and told them I changed my mind. I was told that even though I had not signed a contract, they were not required to provide me any refund. When I complained, they said they would send me a partial refund. That was in June and it is now early November. I have called numerous times and received many excuses, but still no refund.
