It now takes me 3 and 1/2 hours to get to work so now I can’t work full time anymore because the bus don’t get me there on time anymore then I have to wait outside in a bus stop for 30 mins for the bus that take me to my job
Don’t bother calling the service line if a driver passes you while you are waiting at a pickup station. They will NOT contact the driver about missing a passenger. Had to wait an hour on top of the thirty minutes I had to wait prior to get picked up again, causing me to be late for work.
Perhaps the most poorly managed mass transit facility ever. To get from Moline to the industrial park in Bettendorf is a daily nightmare. Their busses started running only hourly. They meet the Moline Centre Station transfer point fifteen minutes AFTER most busses arrive, so you have to wait 45min.'s in order to get a bus to cross the river. Then they changed that route to be longer, so you take a tour through most of Bettendorf before going back down to the river, the college and the industrial park before crossing the bridge again. Even the drivers complain about how much time they have to waste in order to keep from getting ahead of schedule.
I enjoyed taking Bettendorf Transit when they had 5 routes 6 buses that ran every 30 minutes but now that there are only three buses and run once an hour there horrible!
