Buyers beware! You’ll be told an item is brand new and it won’t be. Apparently the risk is all yours and you’ll never get your money back, even if an item is falsely advertised. We were sold an item that was “brand new” and “factory sealed” and clearly, after opening, it had been opened, used and broken. Zero business integrity. Upon further investigation, several neighbors and friends have been sold faulty items or items that were falsely advertised. Not to mention every single one of them stated how rude the owner is. You’re better off paying full price at Target because they at least stand behind their stuff. If you’re going to make all sales final, you should be transparent about the risk of the condition of the items.
I connected with the store owner on Facebook Marketplace to buy what I thought was a new, unopened Nintendo Switch controller for my son, but ultimately the package had been opened and tampered with. The left controller didn't work. It was cracked and had scratches. Seller was not willing to refund or even offer a partial refund (the right controller worked). I do not recommend shopping here, especially if you're looking for electronics.
Not bad if looking for rugs/household items!! Or some type of furniture. Prices could be better, for what it looks like. Would go again if prices subject to change :) Stick with Facebook marketplace if looking for furniture though!!!
