We had a wonderful experience with Aceno! They were very helpful throughout the entire process: from choosing the right stone to final installation. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. Everything went smoothly, measurements were meticulous and the installation is perfect. We are thrilled with our countertops and they are gorgeous!
This company is great. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by their dog Bella, I knew this was the place for me. It felt very comfortable and relaxing to be there. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. They treated me like family and made the process so much less stressful. They were very quick with phone calls or text messages back. We had an excellent experience with Aceno. Emily, Lynn and John were very easy to work with, and did a great job answering all of our questions regarding our purchase of our quartz countertops, sink and faucet! They were very quick from purchase to install!
We had picked out and ordered granite from a competitor who tried to order us something we did not pick out. We withdrew and on that same day, decided to go to Aceno. From the time I walked in the door; to be met by the most beautiful greeter, Bella, (yellow lab) and welcomed by a pleasant smile, knowledgeable, patient and easy going staff (Emily), I knew we were in good hands. They will go over every detail and will keep you up to date on your order. The staff that installed (John, Eric and Grant) were thorough, skilled and were perfectionist. They were committed to making our kitchen look perfect. I highly recommend this company!
Put in new granite kitchen counters. Excellent and friendly staff. Cost much more reasonable than Home Depot quote. Beautiful installation. I like to shop local business owners. You can’t go wrong choosing Aceno granite. A++++
