We highly recommend Quad City Fireplaces.They patiently walked us through the entire process it took to replace our two fireplaces and provided superior service. And, they are just plain nice folks with a great product!
The couple of times I have worked with QC Fireplace they have had excellent customer service. I bought some new fireplace doors a few years ago that I love and recently had a pilot light went out. I wasn’t sure how to light it. They were there for me!
I bought a gas Heatilator (HNI brand) fireplace from Quad City Fireplaces a few years ago. They made the buying and installation process a breeze. I had never purchased or owned a gas fireplace before but they helped me understand & make decisions. I am so pleased with this purchase as it adds warmth (both temperature & aesthetic) to my home. It has run beautifully since then. Today, as I turned it on for the first time this season, it needed a little tune up. After calling Quad City Fireplaces Tony came out & did a service call. He was polite, professional, & got the job done in under an hour. From selecting my unit, getting the install, & today's service it had been an absolute joy working with Quad City Fireplace. I would highly recommend them.
QC Fireplaces did a full tear out of my existing fireplace and new installation of gas fireplace. Excellent pricing and service. Installation was extremely clean and professional. Everything was as promised!
Quad City Fireplaces has some of the nicest most honest owners around. They took the time to answer the hundreds of questions I had about converting my fireplace to a gas insert. Came out for a free estimate too. When I decided to put the insert in, they had my appointment scheduled within two weeks. They didn't try to upsell me on products I didn't need and were completely professional with the work. If you are looking to do any sort of fireplace work, they are who I would recommend. It was such a breath of fresh air to work with local people who stand by their work!
