I brought my completely trashed wedding dress here with no hope of getting all the dirt stains out. They made it look like new again! I couldn't believe it. They are so nice and good at what they do!

Overall, the service was great. We had a new softner installed and a couple things happened afterwards, but they came as soon as possible and made all the corrections in a timely manner and with a great attitude. Of course the issues happened over Christmas, but as soon as the holiday was over, they were here. As a suggestion, I would add an after hours service number for when you call in? Someone that can tell you what to do in the mean time and when they will be coming.
