When a fuel station posts disclaimer signs next to the pump that they are not responsible for the quality of their fuel, that says a lot about the business. I don’t care if it is diesel or gas. If you can’t stand behind your product, don’t sell it.

There are 12 pumps at this station at 4:40pm and only 3 are working. This is rush time and only three pumps turned on because of a shift change. Poorly managed and no customer service at all. Not happy at all with the lady working at that time as I said to her what's going. And she said we are in the middle of a shift change like I need to give her give her service. This business needs to service their customers not the other way around. Very poorly managed business..

I have visited this BP on Grant Street several times now and I have two questions. First why do they think it okay not to put prices on anything just because their prices change all the time? I would like to know how much something is before I decide to buy it, Second is it possible for BP to hire a polite and friendly cashier? I have never met one there. I give them no stars (even though this post forces me to give at least one) because I am tired of going into that store and walking out angry because the cashier (every one of them) made me feel like so much dirt under their feet.
