Improve communication and give reports to family on how your loved one is doing, provide updates on loved one, and any change in status. Also provide better food options other than bread products, eggs and sweets. Collaborate with family in regards to medication changes, explain why, provide correct dosage specific to patient, and if family agrees.

My mom stayed here last year and they treated her great. They also let me stay in the room with my mom all the way to the end of my mom's passing. I thank the whole staff for treating me like family and letting me be with my mom the whole time.

Matt the nurse was a absolutely the most caring person. He treated my mother-in-law with respect and courtesy. He talked to her as if she could hear him. The entire staff was wonderful. If you absolutely cannot pass at home, this is the place to be. There is no more caring place than this one. Thank you to all.

The Clarissa hospice house is probably the most beautiful such facility in the area. The staff is extremely caring and compassionate you'll find. They go out of their way to honor those that have served. The rooms are very spacious and can hold your entire family and there is a separate space for small children to play that let's older family enjoy this time with your loved one. Can't say enough about this great place.
