It's amazing how doctors offices can make mistakes and your VIDEO appointment gets put off for another week... meanwhile you just sit at home with a broken back in pain and misery. This is messed up

Staff very nice, very clean The only bad thing I can truly say About the pain clinic is If you call at 8 in the morning when they first open up Because of whatever reason pain Or having problems It takes them a day or two to get back to you Even though the answering machine says that they will get back to you that day If you don't call afternoon.

Nurses and doctors are very nice and personable. Makes sure you are able to ask anything you need to know and answers all of your questions. Any procedures are done with the patients comfort at all times. No wait time for your appointment. Always on time. Receptionists are very nice and helpful.

Staff is friendly enough. But I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for going on almost two years and all they would do is use me as a human pin cushion. Bunch of injections and no improvement and I was told sorry, there is nothing more we can do. Won’t go back. Won’t recommend.
