Dr. Manish G. Kumar, MD

My kids and I have been going to Dr. Kumar for more than 10 years. Dr. Kumar is very personable, professional and his staff is courteous. He was always able to help us and would give reasonable options. We usually get appointments fast and the wait is not long at all.

I'm not sure why I'm reading all these negative comments about this office and the people running it. I have had a bad experience at another office that I won't mention. The staff here and the Dr. Were absolutely awesome. Way over the top experience. I am very happy to have them for my Dermatology issues. I want to thank Dr. Kumar and his staff for a wonderful experience.

I don't know about the negative comments but this is my personal honest review on this place. I think my first visit was over 2 years ago when I needed to remove a mole on my face, searched and found this one was covered by my insurance (kinda a cheap one), after got denied from the one in Moline where I used to go when I had a different insurance. The first experience was great to me, they got me in much quicker than I expected, I think it was within a week, and even now its still as quick sometimes it happened within the day I requested the appointment. Anyways the nurse was a bit cold but she did her job well, doctor was friendly and quick, I didn't feel bad at all after had a cut on my face, after that it never left me any scar and healed so well I didn't even notice it used to be there. Second time was a year after that 1st, I visited him because of my acne condition, it cleared up after he gave me treatment, then I went there again for a wart removal, 3 times treatment went and the wart was totally gone like it never happened, and again the area is not infected nor scarring. Never in my life have I ever heard a doctor said: thanks for standing through with us, we love you, I was tickled a bit but then I realized I really appreciate doctor Kumar, not only because he cured my problems but also he is seems like a kind person and reliable, by his actions and words I think so. And never had issue with billing. In short, as long as Im in town I will always go to him whenever need to and recommend to everyone.

I just went to see him today. This photo is not of him and he doesn't know who did this. He is contacting Google. He was super nice and knowledgeable and took care of me. The staff was great as well. The comments I read had me hesitate on going. I told him about this listing. I hope Google fixes it

Overbilled my insurance company for a procedure that I found out was unnecessary, and an extended exam when the whole visit was under 15 minutes. Some staff acted unprofessional, talking negatively about a client in front of me. Dr ended visit leaving me in a gown with my back exposed and the door hanging open. Mentioned my concerns and was ignored. Never going back!
