Going to Ace Auto Doctor is always such a pleasant experience. All the guys there are so professional and courteous, and they skillfully take good care of all my cars’ needs. The owner, Larry, runs a real first-class, 5-star auto service shop, and both he and his son Dustin are two of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. They’re always available to answer any questions, and are more than happy to take the time to explain exactly what your car needs. Even more importantly, they’re totally honest and will always tell you straight as to what needs done now and what can wait a while. There’s never any pressure, and they are so thoughtful and kind, knowing how to treat the customer right; they’re courteous and generous with ways to save you money, including parts and labor discounts and other deals that most other service garages don’t care enough to offer. Not only that, they’ll show you the problem areas, the wears and tears, and will text you a complete diagnostic report, with photos and recommendations. As much as they are able, they’ll even give you a free loaner vehicle to drive if the repair job is going to take a while. Add to all this their clean and very comfortable waiting area, two cozy couches, great Keurig coffee, and the most immaculate bathroom I’ve ever seen. Believe me, Ace Auto Doctor & Repair will spoil you from wanting to take your car anywhere else!
