It's very simple, avoid doing business here. The Davenport Sam's Club auto and tire center did $2000 worth of damage to my vehicle, and denied it all. I brought my suv in for a routine tire rotation, and later noticed both my running boards were bent from the lift, and all 4 wheels were scratched/gouged. Apparently since the damage was over $500 I had to place a claim with their insurance company. Since my car was worked on a new security system had been installed, and there was no video. They instantly denied my claim, and told me to speak with the store manager. I called the store manager repeatedly, and was told to speak with the insurance company. I was backed up by the other technicians when they saw who worked on my vehicle, but was never compensated by management. There's a Costco nearby, save yourself the grief.
Got a nail on a tire that was a couple of months old. They fixed it in a couple of hours, no charge because we got the tires there. Service guys were friendly.
Awesome deal and so fast! So glad we decided to go with them for tires!
Workers were absolutely rude, changed my appointment time with out letting me know, and couldnt find my name on the appointment sheet ,which they filled out in pencil.nnAbsolutely poor customer service, and filled with telling the customers theyre wrong. If i hadnt already paid for the tires i would 100% take my business somewhere else.
Great service, great installation fees that include road hazzard insurance. Install fees are half the price of competitors. Affordable batteries and installation.
