The employees were super nice and I am just slightly hard of hearing and they were very accommodating. Food looks great and they put on plenty of toppings. Prices are pretty reasonable, considering we are in a airport. Overall, a five star experience!

Best choice for my trip West, no service on the plane.
Would be nice if the employees followed the mask guidelines and actually covered their noses with the mask as well as their mouth. Masks don't work if you don't cover both nose and mouth. Almost didn't eat there, and I wouldn't have if it had not been the only thing open. Did not see one employee using the mask correctly out of 4 employees I saw there this morning.... disappointing.
Worst subway ever I'm in the airport trying to order a sandwich and they are supposed to close at 8pm. They closed at 750pm and still had the ingredients available to make my sub. The guy refused to make my sandwich even though they still had 10 minutes. I demand answers as to why this establishment provides fall advertisment and didn't stay open until 8pm as posted. Can a subway representative explain to me why the lack of accountability is allowed at this airport subway that is located in the cvg airport. Shame on you for the false advertisements.....
