Nice people
I had a trailer electrical issue that took me a day of work and couldn’t figure out the problem. Got in and out the shop in 45 minutes. Chris was helping me out and he is a 100% proffesional and good at his job. He fixed the issue quick and i will 100% go back at that shop because of him and the way i was treated. Thank you for the help.
Nice people but slow as the day is long. Guy that works the counter, shorter fellow, super nice and Incredibly personable. Excellent service advisor. Technicians... Good but wow that place moves slower than molasses in the winter.
Terrible. Waited 5 hours to fix a flat tire. Only 1 mechanic on duty. They said would take a couple hours, but actually 5. Restaurant also slow. Ordered the daily special, waited 15 minutes. No other customers in the dining room. After waiting 15 minutes for my food, and not getting it, just walked out.
This place is ridiculously slow, a simple Spare tire mount and rotate one other tire to balance out tread depth in all drive positions took well over 3 hours to accomplish maybe a half hour worth of legitimate work. The mechanics attitudes were horrible and of course its all my fault because first I'm aggravated with the slow service and then catch one of their half wits doing something incredibly STUPID and call him out on hit foolishness.
