I’ve never done Pilates before and Alison is so knowledgeable and full of Grace. She explains the moves and makes them enjoyable.
I had the pleasure of scheduling two sessions with Alison the week my family was skiing. She was very personable and tailored the sessions to my individual needs. I have been practicing pilates for several years, and she is one of the most knowledgeable instructors I have had.
I was visiting and had lower back pain from skiing and sleeping in a bed not my own. Alison will email, call or text quickly. The individual class was informative, professional, and helpful. Treat yourself while on vacation!
