As the lucky recipient of the Carolyn Hatfield Scholarship I was able to work with Juliy Marie extensively for 6 months. After just a couple sessions I started noticing how much stronger I felt when I went to perform simple activities that had become hard due to chronic pain and overuse. Also I noticed significant improvements in my body awareness that has allowed me to perform my job in a safer manner. She is a seasoned practitioner, multifaceted health teacher and all around bad ass. I am so grateful for her gift of support in a rather difficult time of my life. Juliy Marie is a gifted Pilates instructor whom I’ve had the pleasure of learning Pilates from for over 13 years. Due to her innate ability to customize each session to the needs of her clients, I was able to continue Pilates while healing from a broken elbow & a year of back pain. She is remarkable!
Everything about Juliy's studio is fabulous. I have a TBI with specific health needs. Her knowledge of Pilates and the healing sciences in general have helped me so much . . . mind, body and spirit. Highly recommended!
