I've never been compelled to write a positive review on an insurance agent before but I have to say Jim is top notch in customer service. He is not only very thorough, but you can tell he really cares. This isn't the norm sadly. I say this despite the fact that I am leaving Shelter after being a continuous customer for nearly 20 years with 3 policies and having zero accidents or tickets yet they couldn't at least match 3 other companies coverage or premiums even when I added another driver to bring them more business. Maybe they are a better insurance company, but when you don't need them, it's just wasted money. Shelter, you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent and would be dumb to lose him.

What a helpful & fantastic guy. I had what I thought was a difficult insurance situation - Jim explained everything to me in great detail and made sure I was properly insured. He definitely gets my 5 star vote and a big Thank you.
