I wish I could give Enlighten Wellness 10 stars. Misty and Emily put together the most special class for my sister's bachelorette party. Misty went above and beyond for our group - decorating the studio and even coordinating lunch for our crew. Emily gave one of the best yoga classes I have ever attended. Not only was the yoga fantastic - but she made it both sentimental and SO MUCH FUN for a group of gals celebrating our future bride. THANK YOU for giving us the most sweet, touching kick off to our weekend.
Awesome experience. The owner is incredibly nice and gave me some great tips / adjustment to help me get into the poses correctly. They also offer all sorts of yoga styles so you can find the practice you enjoy. 5 stars!!
By far the BEST yoga studio in Park city. Incredible instructors and beautiful new space. I would highly suggest!
Enlighten Wellness is Awesome. The facility is beautiful and clean ... the instructors are wonderful ... and the classes are top notch ... the HIIT/Yoga Flow provides exactly the workout I have been looking for ... THANK YOU!!!🙏🏻
Wonderful studio! I went to emily’s Vinyasa Flow class that was the perfect amount of challenging, peaceful and energizing. She is an experienced yogi. Great facilities with showers and amenities .
