I switched to Nikki Woolley because I had a lot of concerns that I felt were being ignored or taken lightly by my previous doctor. The first time I met Dr. Woolley, she felt like an old friend in the way she greeted and spoke to me. She was so warm and welcoming. She didn't just ask what was wrong, she took time to get to know me. She asked me about my life and told me a little about hers. It was a great way to establish a connection. It completely put my mind at ease because I knew instantly I could tell her anything and she would honestly, and with genuine care, address my concerns.nnMy daughter also thought she was different than any other doctor she's interacted with. She told me, and I quote, 'we are keeping her as our doctor forever!' It gives me total peace of mind as a parent. I am completely confident that my child would confide in Nikki if she was scared or embarrassed to talk to me about something. And I have all the confidence in the world that Nikki would properly address it with poise and understanding.nnThank you for being amazing Nikki Woolley! You're exactly the kind of person who is meant to work in the health care industry.

I’ve spent a lot of time in & out of doctors’ offices. I sustained a hip injury in my early 20s and saw several practitioners - both PT & PAs who all either didn’t listen to my symptoms or who wrote my pain off as “hip flexor injuries are tough - go home - ice, rest, stretch, take Tylenol” despite the fact that I said I’d been resting & stretching gently for months and my pain was getting worse.nnThe first time I saw Nikki, she listened to me, in the most genuine way. And after reviewing my records, was appalled that no one had ordered imagery for my leg before (by the time I saw her, 5 years had passed). We reviewed my symptoms and she ordered an MRI. Nikki has been the first practitioner in my adult life that I’ve felt genuinely cares about my health and recovery. If you’re in need of a primary doctor who will listen, understand, and help, Nikki is your person. There’s simply no one better suited for healthcare. I recommend her to everyone I know.
