Best Mom and Pop, local place I've ever come across! Fair. Honest. In it to help and solve the problems more than just chasing a profit. As long as I still live in the Dubuque area, I will be a loyal Pro Care customer. No question!

They replaced the part on my vehicle just fine but they used the wrong socket on my lug nuts and ruined 3 out of 5 on the only tire they worked on. Don't recommend.nnUpdate on the lug nuts. I ordered 3 new lug nuts to replace the ones that were ruined and found out the lugs had about 300 ft lbs of torque on them, holding the tire on. Car manual calls for 100 ft lbs of torque. It took a breaker bar, a cheater bar on the breaker bar and someone hitting the breaker bar with a hammer while I held pressure on the cheater bar to break the lugs loose to replace them. I doubt any lug nuts would have been replaced had I notified them about it as they didn't do any part of the job correctly.

Best place in Dubuque for auto repairs. Shawn is honest, and repairs are reasonably priced.

I was recommended to take my car here & I would like to say this is now my new car place that I will be taking my car to if you are looking for a honest mechanic I would ad6you to go here they are the best & what I thought was a big problem became a little problem with the great experts that are at this shop, I will be going to this auto shop for everything when it comes to my car, getting ready to schedule me a oil change then a tune up. Five stars for this company is not enough, also communication was excellent they kept in touch with me through the whole process... thank you guys!!!! See you soon.
