She made all arrangements for us, communicated with transportation, the hotels, airlines, etc., to the extent that we literally just had to show up and enjoy the trip! Everything was flawless from the transportation, hotel services, etc., and there were no issues while we were on vacation. I had a last minute question (two hours before the trip began)and Jeanne was right there to assist me. We were so pleased with everything and would highly recommend Jeanne!
