I've been a patient of Dr. Leblanc for almost a year. I highly recommend her. She is a professional and very knowledgeable, and has a wonderful personality. The office staff is very good. I will not see anyone else in the area.

The doctor was not interested in doing anything, except for prescribing medication. I informed him that I am not someone who takes medication, unless it is absolutely necessary. He did not alter his behavior, even though I told him one of his patients (a friend of mine) had EXACTLY THE SAME symptoms and got better from Dr G prescribing physical. I provided her name (she was ok with that). It was extremely disappointing that so little effort was made to explore viable treatments other than medication.

I have been a patient in this office for more than three years. Because I have been pleased with the professionalism, I continue to return. My most recent visit met with rude, demeaning and disrespectful front desk and billing staff. After making me wait for several minutes, the billing manager made repeated efforts to convince me that my insurance would not cover Orthotics. Despite me contacting my insurance and learning that Orthotics were absolutely covered without prior authorization, the billing supervisor refused to accept the phone number given to me by my insurance for provider assistance in filing claims. As a result, the billing supervisor (knowlingly and I believe with malice aforethought) used an office visit code to bill DME equipment (the Orthotics), causing the claim to be denied. It has been 5 weeks since my appointment in this office and no one has bothered to contact me about the orthotics. On the other hand, I know of another patient seen on the same day who has already received their Orthotics, despite the fact that prior authorization was necessary. It is unfortunate that more than one patient had unprofessional experiences with the new staff.

The rating is based only for the doctor.He is very professional and polite.He went up and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.The front desk staff where very rude, unprofessional treated me like scum and talked over me like if I was one of their children.They are breaking the law making up policy that is not even written on paper verbal policy” is what they called it.But treated me like if I was a convicted felon.Someone needs to step up and have a very serious talk with these staff members the only professional person there is the doctor and the lady making sure my orthopedic inserts was comfortable

Great experience with Dr. LeBlanc. She was great with my son!! Super friendly and put him at ease. The staff was very nice and helpful. They answered all questions. I also feel their knowledge and treatment plan is very thorough!!
