Loved this place until my favorite nail tech left. Went in and someone else did my nails. She definitely rushed over them! They also won’t allow you to bring a bottled water inside and they definitely won’t offer you one. After shopping around I found a nail shop across from Jubilee Square called Update and they are fantastic and cheaper! Got SNS WITH extended tips (still short) a full pedicure WITH gel polish and my eyebrows beautifully waxed all for $100. POLISHED COULD NEVER!
I made an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure. My “manicure” took a total of 7 minutes, gel and everything, she was in such a rush. My nails weren’t even and the gel polish started flaking 3 days later. However, the guy who did my pedicure took his time and did really well. I am overall disappointed with the service and I’m pretty sure the lady that was rushing everyone was the owner. Won’t go back.
I would not recommend this salon to anyone ever. They rushed me in, hardly let me pick out a color then when I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted to achieve she did not pay attention, she drilled my nails so hard and fast that my fingers physically hurt and I had to tell her to just stop. She got frustrated with me because she could not perform what I wanted but did not want to admit that and then just passed me onto someone else who readily admitted they do not have the color I wanted and could not do what I was asking for. I had to take the current polish and tips that weren't finished, the first lady put on my nails off and make them look somewhat decent to go back out. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!! If I could give a -5 Stars I most defiantly would.
Someone checked my temperature (forehead) before I entered. Each manicurist's table is outfitted with a plexiglass shield between the manicurist and the customer. Everyone was masked.nI had an excellent gel manicure by Krista. She was professional, very attentive to detail, and pleasant to chat with. She didn't cut any corners or hurry but was still efficient. I will request her next time I make an appointment!
Hope rushed through my nails. Made an appointment that way I can actually enjoy my time. Noticed one of her clients came in to get her feet done, she realized she arrived and literally did my nails within 15 minutes. Didnt check if they all were the same lengh. 3 of them are not straight. Love this place but will not allow her to my nails again.
