They cancelled at the last minute. Then did not offer accommodations for the future. Please please do not book or you WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Trust me. Book with Austin massage.

Horrible customer service. I have tried Massage Envy 3 times. 2 of which were gifts from loved ones. I would not recommend this to anyone. The last time, I scheduled a week in advance and they canceled and did not bother to offer another therapist or a different time. I was told I could call on Monday and see if they could fit me in. Every time I've gone it has been a terrible experience. Save your time and money go anywhere else.

I purchased a 60 minute massage for my wife and daughter. This place was very hard to do business with the website offered buy an $80 gift card get an additional $20. However, they said I have to pay $100 at this location to get the extra $20 and I had to give them a credit card number to hold the appointment. The gift cards take 24 hours to activate. My daughter said they set the timer for 50 minutes when you walk in the room, they ask you to undress and come back in 10 minutes then discuss what type of massage you want. So, the 60 minute massage was actually closer to 40 minutes. Additionally, the massage therapist excused themselves a couple times because she was coughing and needed water, which is fine but you’d think a 60 minute massage would last 60 minutes and after reading other reviews this seems to be the way they operate. I hoped to give a nice gift but neither enjoyed their Massage Envy experience, they also tried the float spa across the street and had a very good experience.

I had a massage there recently and was very disappointed. I had a young masseuse (new grad?)When I would talk she would utter one word. Asked about why there was no “music” she never replied. If there was music ....maybe I would not have heard the 2 people in the next room carry on a conversation the whole time!.....unhappy costumer!!!!!!!
