As much as I hate to say it, this place made my special day so disappointing. I went with very high expectations seeing as it had high reviews. I went to get hair and makeup down for my wedding day and did not get what Inasked for. Everyone was nice and the products were good however they let me leave looking sub-par at best. I understand what I asked for my not have been best suited for my hair length or type but it's up to the stylist to inform the client that it won't come out that way. To make matters worse as soon as I stepped out of my car my veil went flying off my head bc it wasn't secured at all.. I wasn't able to walk down the isle with my veil or my confidence. I also got a terrible makeup job done. It didn't come close to what I asked for. I actually had to fix it when I left. The make was very dated and more reflected what the stylist was wearing instead of what I asked. This is something that has pained me to have gone through. Out of hundreds of professional photos taken I can only feel really good about a dozen of them. These photos I have will always be a painful reminder of who disappointing my experience was at this salon. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Everyone was also wearing a mask, hand hygiene, and they check your Serenity at The Beach Salon & Spa they start on your hair. Will definitely be coming back again for my future hair appointments. I can't say thank you enough.

My mom and I booked two deep tissue massages at Serenity today. They were professional and tailored everything to our comfort. Will definitely book here again and again. Erica M is wonderful!

Every service I have received has been spectacular, regardless of the technician. The facities are beautiful and you can arrive early to use the steam room and showers. The complimentary lotions and potions are very high quality, so I always look forward to using those.
