The best hotel in alabama.
Beautifully renovated spa but was super bummed that I got my husband a men’s facial because I wanted him to have a truly relaxing spa experience. He came back and said all she did was talk throughout the entire facial and just tried to sell him product. It was anything but relaxing.
Love this place!!! Super relaxing! Look no further if you are searching for a spa day!! The staff is wonderful and so are the amenities!!!
Wonderful service and beautiful well appointed amenities. This is a european style-spa with an elegant Quiet Room. I have been to the spa about 15 times and the quiet room has never been quiet . This is a first for me as every Spa that I've ever visited has a clientele that understands how to use a spa and honor the relaxation room. I am believing this has to do with the fact that the spa attendants do not teach the spa users how to experience such an environment. The service staff is wonderful. I have had multiple facials, massages, and other treatments and almost all of them have been wonderful. They do not have a wet room for Vichy shower or scrubs. If you find yourself in Southern Alabama or the panhandle of Florida this is the only Spa in the area.
Love The Spa at The Grand. It's beautiful, comfortable and the service is on.point.
